Terry Ruth Eissfeldt

Terry Ruth Eissfeldt is a Middle Grade and YA author of The Animal Justice Club series. 

Terry Ruth is a lifelong animal liver and was born with an incurable disease known as ‘horse fever’. She pursued certification as a riding instructor rather than university much to her parents disbelief. However, a life outdoors with horses resulted in many blessings. She taught horseback riding for many years in summer camps, private lesson programs, therapeutic riding programs, and through Pony Club. After raising four children and spending thirty years on North Vancouver Island, she now lives near Edmonton, Alberta with her husband, dogs and horses.​
